We ship to those countries within the EU; Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Shipping is always free of charge!
We ship all parcels from our distribution center in the Netherlands, through DPD. All orders are normally deliverd within a week. Contact our sales time for current shipment times to your address.
Product Questions
No, the tracker is fully powered by it's battery.
The battery of the tracker is single use. So once the battery runs out, it's not possible to recharge it.
Unfortunately you can't switch off the tracker. If you know you are not going to use it for several months you can change the tracking profile. For example to the 7 day profile so it sends a location only once every 7 days. This way you will save the battery.
The battery can't be recharged or replaced. So when the tracker is empty, you will have to buy a new one.
The GPS tracker is using the 2G netwerk.
Tracking & App questions
To preserve the battery, the tracker only has a connection when it submits a new location. This is the only time when a profile change will be processed by the tracker. When you are currently using the weekly profile, it can take up to a week to switch to a faster profile.
Unfortunately that is not possible in the app (yet). But cphtrackers can delete trackers for you. Send an email to support@cphtrackers.com with the IMEI number and the request to delete the device.
